Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of Vroxile’s software, services, and platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using Vroxile, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time.

1. General Prohibitions

You agree to use Vroxile only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the Service to encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in any illegal, harmful, or offensive activity.

2. Specific Prohibited Activities

When using Vroxile to manage your scheduling, invoicing, or client communications, you strictly agree not to:

Engage in illegal financial activities — Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial transactions.

Generate fraudulent documents — Create, generate, or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, or entirely fictitious quotes, invoices, or receipts.

Conduct phishing or scams — Use the Service to impersonate Vroxile, other businesses, or individuals to solicit personal, financial, or sensitive information from third parties.

Distribute spam — Send unsolicited invoices, scheduling links, or commercial messages that violate the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or equivalent anti-spam legislation in your clients’ jurisdictions.

Infringe on rights — Upload or process any data, logos, or materials that infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of others.

Compromise platform security — Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Vroxile’s systems, upload viruses or malicious code, or bypass any security or authentication measures.

3. Customer Data Obligations

You are entirely responsible for the data you input into Vroxile. You must ensure you have a lawful basis (including necessary consents) to upload, store, and process your clients’ personal or business information through our platform.

4. Enforcement and Suspension

We take the integrity of our platform and the safety of the public seriously. If we reasonably suspect that you have violated this AUP, we reserve the right to take any of the following actions.

Immediate suspension — We may immediately suspend your access to the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice.

Account termination — For severe or repeated breaches (such as generating fraudulent invoices or phishing), your account and subscription will be terminated immediately without any right to a refund.

Data removal — We may remove any content, data, or generated documents that violate this policy.

Law enforcement cooperation — We reserve the right to report illegal activities, including suspected fraud or money laundering, to relevant law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, or cybersecurity authorities, and to cooperate fully with any subsequent investigations.
